Services and Fee Schedule

Orders Dividing all Plans except for Military Pensions

• Our standard fee to draft non-military orders is $560 for the first order and $500 for each additional order. An additional fee of $100 will be charged if we are required to equalize (value and offset) accounts. 

Military Pension Division Orders

• The preparation of an order dividing a military pension generally requires substantially more work than a typical order. Once we receive the initial paperwork, we will quote a fee and explain what the project will entail. Minimum fee is $750.

Expedited Fee

• For an additional $150 (per order), you will receive your order within 3 business days from receipt of full payment and all information necessary to draft the order.

Hourly Consulting and Expert Witness Fees

• We provide consulting and expert testimony at an hourly rate of $300. Personal appearance in court will include travel time.

Order Review

• Our fee is $400 to review a QDRO prepared by someone else.
